Assessments & Diagnostics

We use validated psychometric tools and custom organizational diagnostics to assess what's actually happening before recommending any intervention. Every assessment includes the tool, & the debrief. No results without context.

Work Personality Index (WPI) — Group Debrief — Psychometric assessment of work style, strengths, and development areas for individuals — whether standalone or across a cross-functional cohort. Best when participants are from different departments or teams and individual development is the primary goal. Each participant receives a confidential personal report before the 60-minute group debrief, focused on their dominant work style, where they naturally thrive, and where there's room to stretch. Team Performance Intelligence Package (TPIP) — For intact teams where both individual development and collective dynamics matter. One assessment produces three outputs: a private Individual Development Report for each participant, a Team Dynamics Report showing how the team functions in aggregate, and personal app access with an interactive view of results. Workplace Investigations

Independent, structured investigations into workplace complaints and incidents — conducted by a senior HR professional with the behavioral reading skills, documentation discipline, and organizational experience to get to what actually happened.
