Terms of Service

BlueChip People Strategies provides HR, leadership and practical AI advisory services across North America. These terms apply to all BlueChip People Strategies services, including The AI Handoff Plan and one-off advisory sessions. Where a signed Statement of Work or Service Schedule exists, it governs if it conflicts with these terms.
1. Limited Engagement
This advisory relationship is restricted to the agreed scope: the scheduled session, or the defined deliverables of a fixed-scope service such as The AI Handoff Plan. No ongoing client relationship is created. No duty to follow up, monitor, or advise exists beyond that scope.
2. Scope of Advice
Advice is based exclusively on information you share during the session or during the plan's discovery and information-gathering. No document review, investigation, research, or post-engagement analysis is included unless it is part of the agreed scope or explicitly agreed in writing beforehand. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Your Responsibility
Decisions or actions taken based on this engagement are your sole responsibility. BlueChip People Strategies does not make decisions on your behalf and is not liable for outcomes arising from your decisions.
4. Not Legal Advice
This engagement does not constitute legal advice. BlueChip People Strategies does not provide legal opinions, legal representation, or union representation. If your situation requires legal counsel, you are responsible for obtaining it independently.
5. The AI Handoff Plan: Recommendations and Implementation
The AI Handoff Plan reviews how your team works and provides prioritised recommendations in a written handoff plan. Before payment, or before confirming a public-body engagement against a purchase order, we agree which people and work areas the review and guarantee will cover. During discovery, we set priorities within those agreed boundaries. The review is not restricted to a single repeated task. The plan includes a quick-start kit, review checklist, hours tracker, a 45-minute findings and setup call, and a 15-minute check-in about 30 days later. The written plan follows within five business days after all needed information is received.
Your organization decides which recommendations to adopt and approves the tools, information boundaries and changes to its systems. Included first-step setup is limited to the existing 45-minute findings and setup call, within the time available, and takes place only in a tool your organization has approved; where IT action is needed, the plan can instead provide an IT request ready to send. Software, licences, installations, wider integrations and implementation beyond the included first step are separate. BlueChip-led implementation has a separately agreed scope and fee, with HR advisory support at no additional fee within that implementation scope. There is no mandatory ongoing retainer. Third-party tools remain governed by their providers' terms and privacy practices, which you are responsible for reviewing and accepting.
The three-hour guarantee and its automatic-refund remedy are set out in the Refund Policy. It concerns evidence-backed potential to save at least 3 net team hours a week in total across the agreed people and work reviewed. It does not guarantee achieved time savings, cash savings or payroll savings. Actual results depend on implementation, adoption and workload. Plans purchased before September 26, 2026 keep the five-hour guarantee that applied when they were bought. Other earlier purchases retain the terms that applied at purchase. The plan is practical advice, not legal advice, and the decisions you make based on it remain yours.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or risk mitigation, except The AI Handoff Plan refund guarantee set out in our Refund Policy. Advice reflects circumstances at the time of the engagement only.
7. Time-Bound Nature
Advice is context-specific and time-bound. Changes in facts, law, policy, or organizational context after the engagement may affect its relevance. Reliance on advice from this engagement at a later date is at your own risk.
8. Payment and Acceptance
Payment, in full or, where offered, via a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery, constitutes your agreement to these terms and confirms the scope of your engagement. The AI Handoff Plan is paid before the discovery session, or for a public body, on its purchase order and normal payment terms, as set out in our Refund Policy.
See the AI Handoff Plan page for current pricing. Pricing for future bookings may change at BlueChip's sole discretion. Your fee is confirmed before you book. A later price change does not alter an already agreed fee or an earlier purchase's terms. Refunds and eligible retainer credits are based on the applicable plan fee actually paid, subject to the Refund Policy.
9. Use of Engagement Content
By engaging with BlueChip People Strategies, you acknowledge that insights, themes, and examples derived from our interactions may be used for marketing or educational purposes. Any such use will be anonymized. Nothing will be presented in a manner that would reasonably allow a third party to identify you, your organization, or any individual involved.
10. Refunds
Refunds, including The AI Handoff Plan's automatic guarantee refund, are governed by our Refund Policy, which covers all cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests. By completing payment, you agree to that policy.
11. Free AI Pulse and BlueChip Updates
The AI Pulse and its on-screen results are free, with no purchase or email required. It provides general educational possibilities, not a completed assessment of your organization. Illustrations of time or staff-time value are examples, not measured losses, business averages or promised savings.
If you request an emailed snapshot, your email address, completed answers, optional note and result are shared with Thomas at BlueChip for the purposes explained beside the request and in our Privacy Policy. Please leave out confidential, client and employee information. Requesting a snapshot does not sign you up for BlueChip Updates. Newsletter subscription is a separate, optional choice and can be cancelled at any time.
