BlueChip People Strategies provides HR and leadership advisory services across North America. These terms apply to all one-off advisory sessions, including HR Clarity Calls and Reactive Advisory Calls.
1. Limited Engagement
This advisory relationship is restricted solely to the scheduled session. No ongoing client relationship is created. No duty to follow up, monitor, or advise exists beyond the session.
2. Scope of Advice
Advice is based exclusively on information shared during the session. No document review, investigation, research, or post-call analysis is included unless explicitly agreed in writing before the session.
3. Your Responsibility
Decisions or actions taken based on this session are your sole responsibility. BlueChip People Strategies does not make decisions on your behalf and is not liable for outcomes arising from your decisions.
4. Not Legal Advice
This session does not constitute legal advice. BlueChip People Strategies does not provide legal opinions, legal representation, or union representation. If your situation requires legal counsel, you are responsible for obtaining it independently.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or risk mitigation. Advice reflects circumstances at the time of the session only.
6. Time-Bound Nature
Advice is context-specific and time-bound. Changes in facts, law, policy, or organizational context after the session may affect its relevance. Reliance on advice from this session at a later date is at your own risk.
7. Payment and Acceptance
Payment — in full or via a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery — constitutes your agreement to these terms and confirms the scope of your engagement.
8. Use of Engagement Content
By engaging with BlueChip People Strategies, you acknowledge that insights, themes, and examples derived from our interactions may be used for marketing or educational purposes. Any such use will be anonymized. Nothing will be presented in a manner that would reasonably allow a third party to identify you, your organization, or any individual involved.
9. Refunds
All payments for advisory sessions are non-refundable. By completing payment, you agree to our Refund Policy, which governs all cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.
